Spools

Sahora spools are manufactured to have good rigidity, better hardness, high tensile strength, best mechanical strength, wear resistance and good dimensional stability. They are made of Hylom, Arklon and FRP. High precession jigs are used for balancing and improving the life of spools. 

We have successfully developed spools for LR Silver Lap, Rieter Unilap, Hara Hi-lap and Vouk Lap formers. These spools are finished to very critical tolerance both in dimension as well as in weight and can take up laps of heavier batt weight (80gms/mtr). These Spools are heat-stabilized for low moisture absorption and have excellent dimensional stability. These Metalon spools can be offered in various colors.
