Nipper

Sahora manufactures aluminum alloy nipper assemblies for Rieter series combers. Sahora nippers are capable to comb short as well as long staple cotton. These Nippers with modified nipper geometry provides full control of the lap at any time even with short staple cotton. These feed roller has been moved closer to the nipping point and a pressure bar has been provided in between the feed roller and nipping point.

Because of the above an ideal short nipping distance is obtained. Therefore no valuable long fiber is removed but only the unwanted short fibers are removed during combing. This High performance Nipper kit with modified nipper geometry has ensured saving of 1.5% to 2% noils and 10% -15% increase in production (due to process of heavier laps) for the existing yarn imperfection and CSP levels. Nipper assembly available for Rieter E7/4 and E7/5A and Lakshmi-Rieter E7/4 comber machine.
