Bottom Roller / Flutted Roller

We manufacture and export high quality flutted rollers (bottom rollers) for ring spinning frame, speed frame (fly frame) draw frame and combers. Our high quality dynamic bottom rollers ensure excellent yarn quality and evenness. Made of graded alloy steel and precision engineered for better strength, helical flutes for better evenness of yarns, high frequency induction hardening to withstand high pressure top arm, grounded flutes which results zero eccentricity and better yarn quality.

As our flutted rollers are manufactured of high grade alloy steel, hardened and tempered to withstand top arm high pressure. They are heat treated at HRC 55∞ - 60∞ precision ground and inspected for longer life and Durability. Maximum eccentricity is maintained at ± 0.02 mm. Helical and grounded flutes for better yarn quality and perfect transfer of fibers.
